Returns
Every hat is made to order with your artwork, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your hat arrives damaged or made wrong, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it free.
Damaged or made wrong
Email cdinnison@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the problem and a line about what’s wrong. If the hat is damaged, misprinted or doesn’t match the order, we’ll make a new one and ship it free.
Before you order
Because every hat is made for you, check it in the studio before you order. It shows your artwork on photos of the style and color you pick, at the size it will be made.
